What is somatic exercise?
Somatic exercises are body-based practices that work directly with your nervous system — tapping, gentle movement, grounding, and breathwork. Unlike meditation that focuses on the mind, somatics work through the body to release stored tension and shift your nervous system state in 3–5 minutes.
